Independent Catering put on a fabulous themed lunch this week, 'Around the Greek Isles' with a delicious feast of chicken souvlakia with pitta bread, vegetable moussaka, Greek style feta and tomato pasta, tomato fritters and a selection of Greek salads and dips. There was a scrumptious Greek custard desert with filo pastry to finish off the banquet. Children and staff raved about how tasty it all was.
